Coastal SD Pros is a Roscoe Equity LLC publication. We list local pros and give homeowners free tools. When you send us a quote request, an email, or a record fix, this page tells you what we do with it.
Who we are
Coastal SD Pros is run by Roscoe Equity LLC. We publish directory records and homeowner tools. We are not a plumber or a contractor. We do not do the work. Paid advertising is labeled. Advertising or Roscoe Site Pro client status does not change factual record fields, inclusion decisions, list order or editorial conclusions.
What we collect
Quote requests. When you use the "Get quotes" form, you give us your name, phone, city, the trade you need, and what is wrong. Email is optional. Photos are optional. Your browser shrinks each photo before it sends it. That re-encoding also strips the photo's hidden metadata, such as the location where it was taken.
Record fixes. When you send a record correction, you can include your name, your tie to the business, the business and page involved, the line you dispute, the fix you want, and the public source to check. Email and phone are optional there. They reach the reviewer only when you tick the correction-only reply-consent box.
Basic technical data. Your browser sends some information on its own when you visit any site, such as your IP address and device details. Do not send us sensitive data like card numbers or government ID numbers.
Embedded maps. Directory and business pages may load embedded Google Maps content. When a map loads, Google receives the network and device information needed to deliver it under the Google Privacy Policy. We configure map frames to send only the CSDP site origin as a referrer, not the full page address.
How we use it
- Get your quote request to local pros that fit the job — only with your consent
- Answer privacy, editorial or directory-record questions sent by email
- Compare a submitted record fix with the dated source already on the page
- Reply about a correction only when you ticked the reply-consent box
- Keep reasonable records so we can run and improve the site
- Keep the site secure and working
We do not use your information to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about you. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Who we share it with
Quote requests. Your request goes to Coastal SD Pros first. We share it — your job details, photos, name, and phone — with local pros that fit the job, so they can call or text you. This happens only when you check the consent box on the form. The box says:
Record fixes and emails. These stay on internal review paths. We do not share them with local service providers, directory businesses, advertisers, sponsors or Roscoe Site Pro clients.
Service vendors. Hosting and email-delivery vendors process and store submissions on our behalf, under their own terms, so we can receive them.
We do not sell your information
We do not sell or rent your personal information. Quote requests are shared only as described above, under your consent. Advertising and client relationships do not change how factual directory records or corrections are reviewed.
Quote requests and consent
The quote form does not send without the consent box checked. If you do not want your request shared, do not check the box — you can always call any listed business directly instead. Every business page shows its own public phone number. If you sent a request and changed your mind, email us and we will stop any sharing that has not already happened and delete the request.
How long we keep it
We keep quote requests, emails and correction submissions as long as needed to route or resolve them, document decisions, prevent duplicate processing and maintain reasonable business records. You can ask us to remove your information at any time.

Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as the service changes. When we do, we revise the date at the top of this page. The version posted here is the current one.
