When you ask us to help with a plumbing project in Oceanside, we collect the details you give us and route your request to a local pro who can contact you. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with.
Who we are
Coastal SD Pros (operated by Roscoe Equity LLC) connects homeowners in North County San Diego with local service providers. We are not a plumber, a contractor, or a directory, and we do not perform plumbing work ourselves. Our role is to route your request to a provider who may contact you about your project. Where a provider is a sponsored partner, that is clearly disclosed on the page.
When you call (888) 636-3939, that number reaches Coastal SD Pros and its operating partner, Roscoe Equity LLC, so we can take down your request and route it. Calls and the information you share on them are handled the same way as form submissions described below.
Information we collect
We collect the information you choose to give us when you submit a quote or callback request, or when you contact us by phone or email. That can include:
- Your name
- Your phone number
- Your email address
- Your service address or project location
- Details about your project — for example, the type of plumbing issue, timing, or notes you add
We may also receive basic technical information that your browser sends automatically when you visit the site, such as your IP address and general device or page information. We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as payment card numbers or government identification through the request form.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to connect you with a local service provider and to operate the site. Specifically, we use it to:
- Route your request to one or more local service providers who can contact you about your project
- Respond to your questions and follow up about your request
- Keep records of requests so we can run and improve the connector service

Who we share it with

- Local service providers — the plumbing pros and home-services businesses we route requests to, so they can contact you about your project.
- Sponsored partners — providers who have an arrangement with us. Sponsored partners may receive priority routing where that is clearly disclosed. They receive your request the same way other providers do.
- Service vendors who help us run the site — for example, the form and hosting providers that process and store submissions on our behalf, under their own terms.

We do not sell or rent your personal information for purposes unrelated to connecting you with a service provider. Sharing your request with local providers and sponsored partners so they can contact you is the connector service itself, and it is the purpose you agree to when you submit a request or call us. We may receive compensation from providers for connecting them with homeowners; that does not change what information we share or why.
Once a provider has your information
After we route your request, the local service provider or sponsored partner that contacts you handles your information under their own privacy practices, which we do not control. If you would like a provider to stop contacting you, you can ask that provider directly, and you can also contact us using the details below.
How long we keep it
We keep request information for as long as we need it to route your request, follow up, keep reasonable business records, and operate the connector service. You can ask us to remove your information using the contact details below.
How to access or remove your information
You can ask us to confirm what information we hold about you, correct it, or remove it. Email [email protected] with your request and the phone number or email you used, and we will act on it within a reasonable time. Note that if a provider already received your request, you may also need to contact that provider directly to have them remove your information from their records.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy as our service changes. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. The version posted here is the current one.
