Ming is the absolute best!! We’ve had him help us on multiple occasions. He first helped us last year when we had a leak in our half bathroom that we thought was from the air vent, but upon further inspection it was the water sprinkler pipe. The second time he came to help cut a hole in our ceiling from another leak and helped us determine it was our master toilet that every time it was flushed, a ton of water came through a pipe so we got that fixed. Most recently he helped replace our kitchen sink that was so rusted he had to use additional special tools to remove the pipe.
On all occasions he came at various times of the day and even many times to help after standard hours like 8:30-9pm. That was so useful for us with a busy work life and kids.
We are so grateful for him and his efforts in always figuring out the best next steps. Highly highly recommend him!!
