When I had a slope failure in my backyard, I watched a handful of various professionals including general contractors & landscape contractors scratch their heads & say they would get back to me, never to be heard from again. Geo tech folks would offer their services for analysis/ reporting but it would require subsequently seeking contractors to complete the work. Then, thankfully, I was referred to Hillside which turned out to be a “one stop shop”. Estimator Eli came by and assured me they remedy this type of situation all the time. He described with confidence & no hesitation in that first meeting how my issue would be addressed. In less than 48 hours, I had a written bid. In less than 2 weeks, my project had begun. Prior to the start, Eli brought Superintendent Efram by to discuss the game plan with me. I continued to be impressed by Eli, Efram and the whole crew; Foreman James, Brian, Damian & Vlad. This team really cares about being exceptional. They communicated clearly every step of the way & kept the job site neat & tidy. Daily clean up even included raking my DG driveway. Classy! There were no surprises. Everything went just as promised. These guys are my heros!
