75 and Sunny Remediation

We woke up in the morning to standing water in our kitchen area from a dishwasher leak. Our plumber recommended another water damage company who had no interest in trying to dry our kitchen without ripping everything out. After the first flood company refused to work with me, I decided to call my insurance company. My insurance company sent 75 and Sunny out. The Technicians- Matt and Ricardo- showed me the wet areas and made a game plan to dry the area without ripping everything out. They were able to save my original hardwood floors and dry my cabinetry in place. This is something the company before told me was impossible. I cannot thank Matt and his team enough for everything. Our floors bring so much character to our home and it would not be the same without them. Thank you for working with me and for doing the right thing! It is nice to know companies like this still exist.

It was truly a pleasure having such a professional and friendly team assist our family during stress situation. We had a water leak in our kitchen, with a 3 day old baby and Matt and his team were amazing during the whole process. Not only was their work quick and professional but they went above and beyond to ensure our family was ok during the containment process. I found 75 and Sunny from google and so happy I did!! I woke up in the morning to standing water all in our bedroom, bedroom closet, hallway and bathroom. It turns out we had a pipe break in our master bathroom in the middle of the night. We immediately turned off the water and contacted 75 and Sunny. A crew of 2 were out to our house within 1 hour of the call, including the owner Matt. The employees immediately removed the baseboards, lifted the carpet and were moving furniture to access the wet walls. They set the equipment down and immediately extracted the water. I decided not to go through insurance and pay out of pocket for their services. I have heard nightmare stories about water damage companies so was nervous to call one but I am so happy I did. In reviewing their estimate, they billed for the services they did down to the exact square footage. If you ever have a leak and need a professional company, please contact 75 and Sunny.

75 and Sunny did phenomenal work on my home after our recent garage fire. In the middle of the night our garage caught fire burning and damaging all of our family belongings, tools, bikes, surfboards, camping gear. etc. 75 and Sunny came out first thing and immediately got to work. The Owner- Matt- came out himself to go through all the damaged items with me one by one while taking pictures and creating an inventory list which he submitted to my insurance company allowing me to get reimbursed immediately. The team also removed all the remaining drywall and treated all the framing. Our garage smells and looks just like it did before the loss. Something I didn't think was going to be possible. My friend had a small fire in the past and called another company. Our experiences were night and day different. I am so glad I found these guys!

Positive experience in a stressful situation. A flood is never easy. Ricardo responded quickly and in no time the fans, humidifiers, and heaters were set up.
