Artistic Design And Remodeling

Our remodel is absolutely gorgeous....it is like walking into a brand new house. I can't say thank you enough to Lord & his team for doing such a beautiful job. His attention to detail is impressive and we could not be happier with the results. It was truly a pleasure working with Lord and all of his crew members....from the planning stages to the final nail, he demonstrated incredible professionalism and an attention to detail that we admire and appreciate. We are looking forward to working with him again in the future with the continuing remodel of our home. Lord has wonderful communication skills and holds not only himself, but his subs as well, to a very high standard when it comes to their work product….METICULOUS is a great way to describe his work ethic. It’s the small things that made the BIGGEST differences. We are so happy with the entire experience of working with Lord, thank you again for doing an amazing job....you are the BEST!!

The experience with Lord Shah and ADR has surpassed all other similar projects that I have contracted. From the first meeting until the last inspection, Lord is always communicating, always innovating and creating beautiful spaces in my forever home. Even when my concept was far from concrete, Lord understood my intent and vision and created a space that was exactly what we wanted. He goes the extra mile and always keeps me up to date. Lord Shah and the ADR team worked on our extensive 2nd floor renovation. Our family moved out during the entire process. The remodel included: wall resurfacing throughout most of the first floor and all of the second floor, a complete reno of three bathrooms (including the Master Bath and expanding the Master Bath walk-in closet), all new paint, all new carpet, refreshing the two stairwell banisters, new ceiling beams installed in Bonus Room with new cabinets, shiplap on large wall in Bonus Room as well as Master Bedroom, large built-in linen closet in upstairs hallway, new HVAC installed in attic and a tankless water heater installed outside in a utility closet. Lord was highly recommended by our designer, emphasizing his attention to detail. We appreciated this so much, knowing that he would not be satisfied until the job was done right. He noticed some sub-par work in the original build and brought it to our attention. He corrected the faulty job, as it was a safety issue for the integrity of the house. Another important factor was communication with us. Lord would call if there were any pressing issues on site and he would call after the work day was done and give us the daily update to bring us up to speed, always asking if we had any questions or concerns. The ADR team, from Lord and Amber to all of the subcontractors, was friendly and approachable. The end result of their efforts is a beautiful home for our family to enjoy! Many thanks, Lord!
