So I have to say, these guys really saved my home. We originally hired a general contractor to redo our shower and perform some small other tasks like baseboards, sinks, lights. The first contractor subbed out all of the tile work and they did a terrible job - wrong color grout, uneven spacers between tiles, walls not squared, cracked tiles, uneven edges. After unfilled promises to return to repair the work, we were forced to seek someone to repair these problems. I called and spoke with Joe Stanley initially and explained our situation. His partner Jeff Trout came out the following day to take a look at the project. He was astounded at the poor craftsmanship done, it appeared to him as if I had done a bad DIY job!
Jeff and his crew were able to come out and tear down the first job and redo it. They showed up every morning on time and worked until the end of the day. He finished the job within the timeframe initially quoted. The most important thing to me and my wife was that the job was done right. These guys were meticulous with their work and did a wonderful job in giving us the shower we had hoped for the first time around. Jeff was in constant communication at the end of the each day to keep us informed and in the loop as to the progress of the job and the plan moving forward. This was very important to us as well as the previous contractor kept us in the dark, wouldn't show up when promised and wasn't responding to calls, texts or emails.
We even had them do more projects than originally planned bc they did such good work. We had them redo the entire bathroom floor and are waiting for some ideas to redo the bathroom counter and backsplash.
I'm so glad we were able to cross paths with everyone at Benchmark Stoneworks and would recommend them for any and all tile work.
