Made an appointment and no one showed. When I called to inquire, the person I spoke with said they would call me back and haven't yet done so.
As to the owners response: you must be thinking of a different customer. First of all I don't have a doorbell as I live in a camper trailer. If someone had showed up at the door I would have seen them because I was working right inside the door with the door open. You were to show up between 2 and 4 p.m. I was there at 1:45 and did not leave until 4:30. No one called me as I had my phone on me the entire time waiting for a call. There were no messages and no missed calls on my phone. Additionally, I only called you once at 3:45. I did not call back several hours later.

Note: I would bet good money the other reviews are fake.

Our fully licensed electrician called customer twice about 10 min before arriving. Customer did not pick up the phone. No one answered the door bell either. We were not able to come back when customer called back several hours later, we have commitments to other customers.
