After an accident with the emergency opener of my garage door, I needed help quickly when I backed into it, bent it and got it off the track. Good Guys were the only ones who could help me the same day and I'm glad they were there to help me out. The office staff was great when they called to schedule, and Chris arrived right on time. He was very professional and thorough, and after explaining the options, the repair that he completed was excellent. I was right back in business....he also pointed out a few items I might want to change out given the age of the door. The price I paid for the repair and new rollers was well worth it - I'm very happy with Good Guys and will make them my go-to for garage door needs. Posted in December 2023...

Here we are 3 years later and lots of rentals in between. I still highly recommend Good Guys...they were excellent start to finish. From scheduling my appointment to John's completion of a tune up, I couldn't have asked for more....he was timely, thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with. I recently had a new garage door opener, put in with new springs and all the fixings. The quote this place gave me was right in the middle of other quotes. I had gotten from other places so I was happy to just get it done on the day technician John showed up. Install took about an hour and a half I think and John gave me thorough directions on how to work the new Lift master. I travel a lot and when I got back, the garage was making a little bit of noise on the way up. I called good guys and they sent out John again and he fixed the problem. I was told it was under warranty so I didn’t get charged a service fee which is very good customer service as that would’ve not made me happy as a customer. Overall, the garage door works better than ever, and I’m very happy with choosing the good guys over other competitors. Technician John was very knowledgeable and I definitely recommend him if you do call this place maybe ask for him. I would highly recommend this place as they offer good service, good warranties, and most of all a reasonable price compared to some of the higher competitors. Thank you good guys and I will definitely be recommending you guys in the future
