Joe Moore Construction completed an interior remodel for me. Joe and his subs did an excellent job. The guys were very sensitive to our needs, setting up a temporary laundry for us and keeping the worksite clean and the house livable as we stayed here with small children throughout the construction. They came in under budget and ahead of schedule. Really a fantastic experience.

Joe Moore Construction built our ADU. The project started with our orchard land and finished with a 2 bedroom 1 bath home. Some subtasks of note were: Working with the architect, surveyors, SDGE and city planners to obtain permits and resolve issues. Clearing the trees from the lot and grading the land. Pouring the foundation. Framing the home. Plumbing and Electrical. Insulation. Windows and doors. Roofing and solar. Drywall. Kitchen and bath buildout. Finish carpentry. Pouring sidewalks and patios. Stucco. City inspections and other regulatory. I’m sure I am missing many steps. They were responsible for basically everything involved with building the home in Solana Beach. They delivered the project on budget and on schedule and Joe’s guys and all his subs did high quality work. Joe was a pleasure to work with and an excellent communicator. I’d use Joe again in a heartbeat.
Joe Moore represents the best in construction. A general contractor, he is a perfectionist who is completely honest, competent and knowledgeable.
Over the years Joe has managed numerous projects for us, large and small. These include, but are not limited to, constructing an outdoor patio room, installation of photovoltaic solar cells, building a second story addition on our home, custom furniture construction, remodel of our kitchen, family room and dining room, and antique furniture repair.
In each case, Joe was remarkably professional and thorough. We have found him always exceptionally willing to communicate with us. He listens and works to give us a result that exceeds expectations.
We recommend him completely and without reservation.
Did a really nice job adding on a curbless shower to a bathroom. He was good about getting the project done on time.
Had a new roof done by Joe's guys. He was quite expensive. The quality of the job was overall ok. Overall I would not use him again mostly for the cost.
