Mastercraft Home Improvement

My patio enclosure was completed on March 10, 2026, and I am extremely happy with the results. The entire experience with Mastercraft Home Improvement was outstanding from start to finish. My project manager, Jeremiah, did an excellent job throughout the whole process. he was always quick to respond to my text messages and phone calls which I truly appreciated. he listened carefully to our requests and made sure everything we asked for was addressed. Jeremiah also closely monitored the progress of the project, making sure everything stayed on track and was done properly.

Brandon, the carpenter, did an excellent work and also installed my cabinets. His craftsmanship and attention to detail were impressive.

I would also like to recognize the rest of the team - Victor, Aaron, Brian, Gabriel and Jeremy. These gentlemen are truly masters of their crafts. Their skills and dedication to quality work clearly show in the finished project.

Mastercraft Home Improvement has a great team of skilled professionals who take pride in what they do. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality workmanship and reliable service. The finished patio enclosure looks beautiful.

Thank you to the entire team for a job well done!

We are thrilled with our kitchen remodel. It was a pleasure working with Charley. He was professional, responsive and provided helpful suggestions. The project was completed
in a timely manner and there were-no unexpected fees. We are very happy with our new kitchen.

MasterCraft Plumbers recently completed a complex repipe and fixture replacement at my property. Joe and his team were professional, communicative, and efficient, quickly resolving any issues that arose. I highly recommend their expertise and quality workmanship.

I want to thank Mastercraft Home Improvement for the great remodel of our Master Bath, closet, and Family Room construction project. As part of the process of selecting MC, we had alternative bids to gauge the company, effort, and cost. That process allowed us to look at the crucial details including price, contract details and discussion, how the project would be managed, communication process, and timelines.

Mastercraft Home Improvement was selected and gave us the opportunity, from the start, to work with our Project Manager Charley Case. He was an effective Project Manager, a terrific communicator with us and our renter on a consistent basis. Charley managed his MC team effectively, held to project deadlines that fast approached Thanksgiving week and at every step of the way we were able to talk through any challenges, project changes and updates, or design questions. The finished product – a beautiful Master bathroom, closet, and much needed new lighting for the Family Room. The quality of the workmanship was as we expected, there was a minimal punch list of items, the MC team members kept the rest of the home as clean as possible given construction conditions, and our renter was a trooper and had only good things to say about Charley and the MC team.

Thank you Charley and MC for the great work and workmanship and all the things that made the project successful! We love the end results!

Joe was awesome. Friendly service. Expert floor and stair remodeling. Fast turnaround and unbeatable value. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Thank you Mastercraft! I can't say enough good things about Mastercraft. I have used them before for building three ramps since I use a walker, and building a pantry cupboard - all wonderful. This time I had three ceiling fans installed - just in time for the heat wave. David and Aaron were here and they were right on schedule. I wouldn't use anyone other than Mastercraft. Christina in the office is great. Wonderful customer service.

We wholeheartedly recommend Mastercraft Home Improvement! Our newly renovated kitchen has surpassed our wildest dreams. From our initial meeting with Mastercraft Home Improvement Vice President, Chris Richardson, who expertly guided us in selecting materials, colors, and flooring, to the seamless integration of a custom pantry into the design, their vision perfectly aligned with our needs. Mastercraft's complete kitchen renovation was exceptional, building upon our positive experience with a previous bathroom remodel. General Manager Bryan Read ensured smooth communication and kept us informed throughout the demolition and installation phases. Every employee was punctual, professional, and dedicated to our satisfaction. They meticulously managed the project, staying on budget and within the agreed-upon timeframe, while minimizing disruption. The coordination of every detail, from custom cabinetry to electrical and plumbing work, was flawless. We are thrilled with the final result – a beautiful and functional kitchen that perfectly suits our family. Mastercraft Home Improvement's dedication to quality and customer satisfaction truly shines through.
