Moat Termite & Pest Control

Jason couldn’t have been easier to work with. Professional and informative I wouldn’t use anyone else for my home.

Jason made the extra effort to come out and inspect my Property during a very busy time to help resolve a current termite issue. He was very helpful when I would definitely recommend him.

Fantastic company, highly recommend!

Just had a very good experience with Jason today in Carlsbad. We thought we had bed bugs but instead Jason suggested we had bird mites. The latter has a simple solution that we can do on our own. Jason was knowledgeable, polite and friendly and clearly trustworthy. His inspection was at no charge. Highly recommend Moat!!

Moat termite and pest control are very courteous and kind and go out of their way to get the job done. I highly recommend Moat termite and pest control.

Moat was fantastic during our recent experience fumigating our home. I live in a townhouse with a shared wall, so Jason had the challenge of coordinating with two households’ schedules to complete the project. He was responsive to email and text at practically all hours of the day, and went above and beyond to make sure we knew what to expect along the way. This was our first time fumigating, and with pets there was some nervousness on our end. Jason answered every question, showed up on time every time, and I really appreciated that he walked our property a few days prior for any last minute concerns. It gave us peace of mind.

On the day the tent went up, he had SDGE set up to turn off the gas, and his tenting crew showed up early and worked SO quickly like a well oiled machine. We were thrilled at how fast and seamless this process was, and very affordable compared to other companies. Coming back into our home there was no odor and I felt very safe bringing my pets back into our home afterwards. I love that Moat is a family business and would recommend them to anyone!

Moat Termite came out when we had ants all over the outside. After his initial treatment ants are gone. So glad we chose Moat Termite for our issue. Having them come to our home on a regular service has made such a difference. The tram at Moat is professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them to solve your pest issues.
