Minimal communication to owners / tenets. Says 1 hour of work and takes 4. Comes if and when desired. Takes over a month to complete a set of stairs. If your HoA selects PCC for work, good luck. Project expectations could use much improved communication to those impacted.

We have worked with Pacific Coast Construction since 2015, and over the past 11 years, we have been fortunate to complete many successful projects with their team. Our company manages HOAs, and PCC has been involved in large projects for us, such as restoration of a historic fountain in La Jolla, many balcony reconstructions pursuant to the infamous SB326 balcony bill, and even full-community handrail replacement to satisfy insurance requirements. We've been working with them through thick and thin, and I can assure you that Pacific Coast Construction will always stand by their work and be honest with change orders and unexpected issues which may come up on the side of any project. We highly recommend their expertise to anyone looking for a quality job done right!
I've worked with a lot of contractors but these guys do quality work and stand behind their work. I would recommend these contractors.

I've worked with several construction companies to work on my dance studio in Oceanside, CA. Pacific Coast Construction was fast, went above and beyond what they agreed to, and charged me exactly what we had agreed upon. I have found this to be rare with construction companies so I am extremely appreciative of their professionalism. Highly recommend them.
