Premier Pools & Spas | San Diego

The service was fantastic and we HIGHLY recommend using Premier. They were fantastic every step of the way and we are so pleased with the results as well. Justin and Eddie were remarkable!

Too SLOW?

I cannot speak highly enough about Matt and Jeff and the company in general. From the initial presentation and design to the finished product Premier exceeded my expectations. Pricing was fair and they are very transparent about costs as they break down every component of pool construction. My project went without a single hiccup and I owe this to the hard work Matt and Jeff put in. To say these guys were on top of things would be an understatement. They responded to my calls/texts quickly and usually they were already one step ahead of me. I also want to mention how careful they were with my existing landscaping/lawn. These guy were *over-the-top making sure care was taken not to damage things that didn't need to be damaged. The last thing I want to commend them on is how quickly they started and completed my project. Now; I don't want to tell you exactly how long it took because I don't want you telling them, "I want my pool done as quickly as that Steve guy." That said, this company knows how much you want to start swimming and they do everything humanly possible to get you in that pristine water as soon as possible. I should mention that my neighbor had Premier put their pool in a couple of months ago and they were as happy with the service as I am. If you're thinking about getting a pool, go with Premier Pools & Spas.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Premier Pools & Spas (Carlsbad, CA) and we couldn't be happier with the results! From the initial consultation to the final touches, the entire process was seamless and professional.

The team was incredibly responsive and attentive. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided valuable insights on pool design and maintenance. Their communication was top-notch, keeping me informed every step of the way.

The craftsmanship is outstanding. They transformed our backyard into a stunning oasis! The attention to detail is evident, and it’s clear they take pride in their work.

Premier Pools completed the project ahead of schedule, which was a pleasant surprise. They worked diligently and efficiently without compromising on quality.

What impressed me most was their commitment to customer satisfaction even after the project was finished. I highly recommend Premier Pools to anyone looking to enhance their outdoor space. Their combination of quality, service, and expertise is outstanding! Thank you again Premier!

We are absolutely thrilled with our Premier Pool & Spa! We have put in a pool before and this experience exceeded our expectations at every turn. At the core of our success was Nick Fiello who has a fantastic sales style, no pressure, great listening skills, wonderful collaboration on ideas/ plans and stellar communication skills and professionalism throughout the process. From initial drawings and videos, to engineering details, to selecting our materials with Jen, to the permitting process (handled great and with urgency despite city delays), to consistent and responsive communication by text and email and a regular presence onsite, we were so happy! Eddy was great too with day to day management and each phase of the project brought crews that were quick and professional. We had our pool in 3 months despite rain delays and permit delays thanks to Premier's outstanding coordination. We are also grateful for the pool chemical balancing and set up for the first month following completion. We love our pool and can't wait to jump in! Thank you Premier Pools & Spas!!

We had a great experience working with Dan and Jeff at Premier Pools. Even after the project was finished, Jeff was still quick to be very helpful with any issues we had. That peace of mind was very welcome.
