Their $59 drain special not honored. Used the snake, wasn't successful, i asked him how far he went, he said all the way to the street. 1 try 5 minutes. Then spent 20 minutes using brand new white towels saying the black on the towel is why the snake didn't work. Then went into hydro jetting, he'll give me a discount, called to have 2 other guys come, need a camera first. They show up, 2 hours in now, their camera isn't working. They jet anyway, now another guy shows up, he seems to be here to solve a problem, he tells me he's now going to go under the house. Ne thing i know, they're telling me i need to replace all the drain pipes under my home. How they coordinate with insurance and the quote is 45k. Remember i had a clog, they did work, now the pipes are open and leaking. 5 hours later. Atrocious and shameful! They should not have used the equipment they used in my pipes, damaged them, called for help then tried to make it my problem. I am pursuing legal action

Had a slow drain in shower. Saw their ad for drain cleaning for <$100. Setup online appt and the guy came within few hours. However, then he quoted a price 3x! I was at work so he called me and said I had to approve quote on a recorded line (prob bc they do this quite often). It was a simple drain clean and he was done in 30 mins. But upcharging that much seemed part of the plan and not based on the actual effort (it was a new bathroom). Next time I’ll shop around.

Rooter Hero was prompt to answer my service call. Provided detailed steps on their service call and what to expect. The price was very reasonable. Arturo was at my house within an hour. He was respectfully of my property, very acknowledgable, and within minutes determined cause of clog. He cleared the sewer line to the street and then ensured all drain lines were working. Advice we had a 30-day guarantee.
