I couldn’t be happier with the results! The crew did an excellent job painting the exterior of my house, and the finished product looks amazing. They were professional, paid attention to detail, and took pride in their work. Eddie is amazing, he was always coming up with great ideas for our current project, as well as future projects to make my house look amazing. The entire process went smoothly, and the quality of the workmanship really shows. My house looks better than ever, and I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone looking for a reliable, high-quality painting service. Great experience from start to finish!

We hired TIDAL REMODELING to paint the exterior of our home with Tec-cote. They were also contracted to do wood fascia repair in several areas. For the amount of money we were investing (37k) we expected a professional experience. First off the amount of paint needed to complete the patio was miscalculated, which left the patio cover spotty and incomplete. We asked for a 2nd coat and were told there wasn’t enough paint. After multiple calls to the office about it they sent someone out to patch paint some of the spotty areas. The overall job on the house looks great but the complaints are really focused on the careless prep and clean up. ( see photos) They over sprayed on several places ( retaining wall and barbecue wall) and didn’t even remove the rain downspout to paint under it. The guys left adhesive all over window frames and brick wall. While in the roof repairing fascia they put a hole in our ceiling that penetrated the living room. The roofers also dropped something from the roof resulting in breaking a side bedroom window. They made good on window replacement but it took a week leaving our home unsecured waiting for the repair to be made. They also damaged the pool solar on the roof causing a leak which cost us $300 in repairs. We submitted our invoice to them but have not heard back. So, no I would not recommend TIDAL REMODELING to do your work on your home.

Highly recommend Tidal. Yakup was very helpful and helped streamline the process of my new roof and insulation project.
Austin also kept me informed with step by step updates a few times a week up to and during the roof replacement.

I received excellent service from Tidal, Sean and Nick were great and communication was excellent during the process from initial meeting through completion. They worked with us on our unique financing situation, and were able to get the work done quickly. They did some minor demo work and repair work to our exterior walls (stucco and wood) and used a top tier coating to seal the home. The work done looks excellent, and repairs are barely noticeable from where they were done.

SoCal contractors came and knocked on my door and talked about my roof. They made me an appointment to meet with Tidal Roofing on Saturday. two guys came out and talked with me for an hour and a half when I told them at the start I really only have an hour. They tried selling me on a roof the same day when I told them I wasn’t ready to make a decision. I asked for the proposal and they said they would email it to me and then they never did. I don’t know why I wasted two hours of my day on a Saturday with this company. Why would they tell me they’re gonna email me the proposal and never get back to me? I then got an automated text message from title Roofing following up with me that was obviously AI generated. Messaged back to the auto responder that I never got my proposal and I haven’t heard back since.
