Great experience

After some water damage, I decided to invest in a remodel of my kitchen. Pini, Amir, and Building Spaces did an outstanding job throughout the process. They offered suggestions that yielded a far better outcome. The end-result is a kitchen that's a joy to work in, and where before it was a bit cramped and dark, with dead corners, unusable cabinets and narrow, broken counterspaces, now I have raised ceilings; better lighting; significantly more counterspace; a classic, contemporary look with better organization; taller cabinets; a wider, deeper sink; a filtered water faucet; under-counter refrigerators; pull-out drawers, more efficient use of space in corners, a built-in spice rack, a wider cutlery drawer... just to name a few improvements. Pini and Amir were, throughout the process, on time, with solid, consistent communication. They listened well, insisted on quality from subcontractors, reviewed all work as it was performed, responded quickly to any questions or concerns that I had, were extraordinarily helpful in offering multiple choices or options if I wasn't sure where to source materials or wasn't convinced on a design. When they reviewed their contractors' work, in cases where it might have been "good enough" but not perfect, they had it redone, on their own initiative. There was no haggling or upselling, no steering me to subcontractors or suppliers I would regret working with and their staff was skilled, courteous and professional. The outcome was near-ideal: at a very reasonable price, and on schedule, I was able to complete a major project that significantly improves the value of my home and that significantly improves the quality of my life while I live in my home. Building Spaces were reliable partners in this work. The outcome has been an outstanding experience, a glowingly positive response from friends, neighbors, and visitors to my home. I subsequently contracted with them to update the entryway, downstairs bathroom and fireplace. I'm very pleased I chose Building Spaces, and I would highly recommend them.

After an extensive contractor search to do our home remodel, I am so glad we went with Amir and the team of Building Spaces. They were always on time, respectful and kind. They did an amazing job at keeping a clean work area, covering all our furniture extensively to ensure that nothing got damaged. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our crazy ideas and were always met with a smile. These guys are not afraid of a challenge and are a real pleasure to work with. They presented clear work plans that were tailored to our specific needs, and we cannot be more pleased with how smooth the process was. We are so happy with the outcome! We hired Building Spaces to do a very fast (30 days) turnaround on our house that needed to a bathroom remodel, cabinets painted, and interior painting. First, Pini, Amir, and their team were very professional and personable. Second, they communicated clearly the costs of each decision I made and the pros/cons of each so I could make the best decision. Third, the work they did is beautiful and thorough. Finally, they did exactly what we agreed upon, in the the time frame we discussed, without sacrificing quality. Price to quality work cannot be beat with this group.

Highly recommend Building Spaces! They completely remodeled our ranch-style house and ADU including underground plumbing, electric, walls, flooring, windows, appliances, fixtures, cabinets, countertops, heating/cooling, hot water exchange, stucco, concrete patio, and more. We now have a beautiful, modern house with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, expansive kitchen, open living area, and spacious back patio. The ADU—studio-style with a loft bedroom—has been transformed into a modern and spacious space.
