When we were looking for land to purchase to build our home, Daniel Silberstein was always our first call to take a look and advise us. We would not have embarked on this project without Goral Construction being right there with us and building for us.

Daniel and Arturo are first and foremost trustworthy, honest and dependable. Daniel is an architect as well as a builder and is therefore able to give immeasurable advice and solutions to issues that may arise on site. Often, what is on the plan does not always transfer to the construction process easily, but they are right there finding a solution to best and safely construct the area to achieve a stellar end result.

They visit the property every day and manage and guide their contractors expertly. Their contractors are extremely reliable and capable and have worked with them for many years.

We absolutely loved this process, unusual as it may sound, but only due to the expertise of Daniel and Arturo who were right by our sides from beginning to end. They truly leave a piece of their hearts at each project they undertake and there is no other construction company we would have done this with.

Goral construction was everything I hoped for from a general contractor for my first home build. I wanted to be involved from a design and budget perspective and not involved when it came to sourcing sub contractors, overseeing work, project management etc. They were able to provide exactly that and I have no doubt that they would have been flexible with whatever level of involvement I wanted.

Reliable, honest, detail oriented, client focused, organized are just a few words I would use to describe Goral. They have an extensive rolodex of subcontractors that meet their lofty standards of professionalism, skill, and pricing fairness. I always knew that I could trust them going up to bat for me from step one all the way through to final inspection. Building or remodeling a home is often the biggest investment one will make in their life and I can virtually guarantee that you will be in no better hands than Goral for whatever your build entails.

I hired Goral construction in 2017 to build my custom home in the Del Mar Mesa community. I interviewed 3 other builders and settled with GC. Daniel showed genuine interest in helping me with pre-construction hurdles I was facing to get my lot graded and plans approved by the city.
He spent a great deal of time meeting with my architect, my concrete frame contractor and my project manager before I hired him. This showed me how caring and trustworthy he is.
Throughout the whole construction process, Daniel was present and available. He held my hand the whole time, making decision making easier and the process clear and predictable. He uses
the best sub contractors in the industry, delivering quality work every time.
I will definitely rehire GC for my future construction projects.
