There was a small mix-up with my appointment at first, which was annoying. But Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego stepped in right away, owned it, and fixed it within minutes. That's how you handle it. In and out in under an hour. Stuck around to make sure it actually worked. Anyway, these are my people now.

Easy to deal with from the first call, and right on time. Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego made the whole thing painless, and being right here in San Diego helped. Took the time to show me what was actually wrong.
the off-track door fix was easily a 10 out of 10. my only small gripe is that the phone line was busy when i first called. but once things got going, mister garage door repair of san diego was upfront and made up for it. they called ahead to let me know they were coming. were patient with all my questions. still glad i called.
Been using Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego for over 6 years now. Quality has never dipped once. Same detail-oriented service every time I need garage door work. The estimate was accurate, no surprise charges later. Easy to reach when I called. Give them a call
so here's what happened. I'd been putting off off-track door fix for way too long. Finally got to the point where I couldn't ignore it anymore. Called around to a few garage door places and most either didn't pick up or gave me a vague quote over the phone. Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego was different. They asked the right questions, gave me a straight answer on pricing, and got me on the schedule within days. They showed up in a marked truck and in uniform, felt legit. They fit me in even though they were slammed. Sent a real person, not a call center runaround. The actual work was really thorough. Fair and upfront. Bottom line, will DEFINITELY use again.
Honestly thought the price for the broken spring repair was going to be too high. Was wrong. Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego was careful and the work speaks for itself. Gave me a couple options instead of pushing the priciest one. You actually get what you pay for. All in all, problem solved.
brought Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego in for an emergency repair and they kept everything on schedule and on budget. Easy to work with the entire time. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. If you need someone solid, look no further.
the same-day repair was easily a 10 out of 10. My only small gripe is that parking was a little tight. But once things got going, Mister Garage Door Repair of San Diego was friendly without being fake and made up for it. Didn't talk down to me about the problem. Followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. Still honestly impressed. Calling them next time for sure.
I appreciated that they checked every part carefully instead of rushing through the appointment. The opener and tracks were both serviced properly.
Very professional and friendly team. The installation was completed neatly and the new system works perfectly.
