Unfortunately, I am stuck using this company because First American Home Warranty won't let me change contractors. The owner came to my home, he was rude and condescending. Told me the problem is a plumbing problem and left. The next day, I had a plumber come out to my house and the plumber said it is an HVAC problem. I had to contact TL Services to come back to my house as required by First American. I left him 3 messages and still have not heard back.

I had a positive experience with TL services, who was contracted through my home warranty to fix my air conditioning. The technician quickly diagnosed it as a bad capacitor and replaced it right away. Super friendly and professional.
These guys installed a new furnace. They did it out of code. I reported them to the Contractors Board. The owner (Tigran) called me repeatedly, even though I requested he only correspond via text, and he threatened me with law suits and insults. The contractors board told me he was not reporting his employees thus committing workman's compensation fraud. The contractors board sent a review tech to look at the install and I got most of my money back. They don't know proper code installation or basic business ethics.
STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS AMERICAN HOME SHIELD SCHEDULED SERVICE WITH THESE GUYS. CONTRACTOR CAME CHECKED FREON LEVEL AND TOLD ME ITS LEAKING AND WHEN I ASKED FROM WHERE HE SAID HE DON'T KNOW AND THEY HAVE TO REPLACE UNIT.
AND HE TOLD AHS THAT LEAKING IS DUE TO SPRINKLERS. I DON'T HAVE ANY SPRINKLERS AROUND UNIT AND NO PLANTS AND I HAVE NO RUST. ITS SCAM THESE GUYS JUST WANT UR MONEY BUT DON'T WANT TO DO ANY SERVICE. LAZY PPL.
ALL THE 5 STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE,
warrantee for furnace they installed, faulty regulator missing O ring, slopped sealer around screw head and called it a day. 20 days later I received an invoice from AHS for $75. No indication from TLServices at the time he removed and reinstalled the screw that there would be a charge.

Stay away from this company!!! TL Services is unscrupulous and dishonest. American Home Shield sent the toxic "TJ" technician out because we needed a new a/c thermostat. From the beginning, he was rude and belligerent. He replaced our multi-service thermostat with a single service piece of junk. He told us one thing and then turned around and fed AHS lies so he wouldn't have to replace it. Between the collusion of the technician and AHS, they refused to honor their agreement with us to replace the equipment with one of similar capabilities. TL Services is a malignancy and should not be in business.
The worst, most lazy service man ever. I have American Home Sheild and they sent this company to my home to diagnose my AC problem. I told the guy it was 25 years old and problably needs replacing. He took that as I am trying to scam the system and get a whole new unit. So he turns on my AC and looks at my furnace. He changed a setting from low to high on the motor. He went outside and checked my gas levels at the condensing unit. His report he gave me said, "System is old and not efficent. Condensing unit sitts in the dirt and not effective." No readings recorded. After he left, I turned off the power to the outside unit and cleaned it thoughly with the hose. I reconnected the power. I called again for return visit. He came back and turned on my AC. He waved his hand over one of my register vents. Then he siad its not working well and left. I got no report or invoice. He never looked at my outside unit. He took no readings of any kind. I called my brother in law, a Union trained HVAC tech with 15 years in. He told me you need discharge pressure readings, suction pressure readings, super heat reading, supply air temp reading and return air reading to properly diagnose any AC related problems. This service guy did not do any of that. He never inspected my evaportative coil on top of my furnace either. In my opinion the guy is a HACK. Doing a dog and pony show to gain service money and deny any claims to AHS so he doesnt have to do anything. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY, its the worst. I forgot to mention its over 92 degress several days these last few weeks and its really hot in my home. When I contacted him for the reading numbers, he insulted me on the phone to prevoke a fight. He never gave me the numbers because he never took the proper readings. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
