Capps Construction

Every detail was considered. We added a LOT of features to the job and we are very happy we did. This was because we were educated on Code, and what latest techniques and materials we could consider. The job would not be nearly as nice without many of the suggestions that we were educated about. We will reference Capps Construction whenever we can. The best choice for us and this big job we just completed.

We really couldn’t have hired a better contractor for our build than CAPPS construction and we were delighted by the experience! Devin Capps and his team really cared about our satisfaction. Solid, consistent communication, accurate execution, flexibility for changes, freely offering advice about options & alternate finishes in those rare occasions when we didn’t know exactly what we wanted. CAPPS has the knowledge, experience and talent that brought our vision to reality. We’re picky people, my wife and I, and CAPPS met the challenge. Whenever we had a complaint, it was addressed, usually within days. There was consistent progress (no gaps due to “other jobs”) and our project was completed on schedule and within budget. CAPPS has left us completely thrilled with our new patio pavilion and the whole trouble-free experience.
Would we hire them again? We already have. ; )

Working with Capps Construction was a excellent experience. Very satisfied with quality of work and price. My job was a back yard concrete patio extending around the side of house. To help evaluate the job, Capps asked for photos of the yard to get an idea of type of work. This turned out to be a great idea. Capps was able to generate a quote quickly and was able to get his crew in within a week to start the job. I was leaving town for 3 weeks and he got his crew to finish the job the day before I left. It was very disapointing trying to work with other contractors. Other contractors would make an appointment and not show up or did not provide a written quote with details work.

We bought our home from Devin over 2 years. At the time that we purchased the home it was still being built. We worked directly with him, which was a nice change to not have a go through a realtor. We were always able to get in contact with him. He handled everything professionally but also like a friend.
Anytime I had warranty work that needed to be done Devin would either come over himself or have one of his workers do the job. No matter how many times he had to come out to get the job done, he did it until we were satisfied.
I am now currently selling my home, and a few issues came up that needed to be fixed. And like always, Devin made sure things were completed. Unlike other builders who take forever to even show up. Devin came over just a few days after coming back from vacation and completed the work within a week!
Fast forward a month later and still dealing with realtors and verifying work was completed. Devin took the time to write a letter for me stating the work he did the month before.
He goes the extra mile for you!

We just completed our landscape project on our new home. We contracted with Capps construction and concrete to do the work. I know him well enough now to just call him Devin. 
Devin also built our home. I mentioned to Devin we were thinking of having some landscape work done and he said "we can do that!" He looked the yard and offered some great suggestions and we came to an agreement on the scope of work that included concrete work, the installation of artificial grass, plants and rock ground cover. He put us on his schedule and started work in a few days. His crew are a great group of guys. Very polite. Not one cuss word was heard. They always greeted me with "good morning". They always cleaned up at the end of each day and left nothing in our way. Now that the job is completed we will actually miss them.
I highly recommend Capps construction and concrete for all your construction, remodeling concrete or landscape needs.

Great selection of custom home plans to choose from. I could look them over in full detail in PDF from the site. Devin was super helpful with my questions when I called. It was also neat to see pictures from previous projects that documented the entire process.
