Bayview Roofing Contractors

We are very happy we chose this roofing company to put shingles on our new master bedroom addition. From the start, the team was professional, polite, and easy to work with. mason explained the full roofing process in simple terms and gave us a fair, honest estimate with no pressure. Their warranty coverage was excellent, and their customer service stayed strong from the first call to the final cleanup. The roofing crew showed up on time, worked hard all day, and paid close attention to detail. They kept the job site neat, protected the area around the house, and made sure the new shingle roof looked clean and solid. gregory also answered our questions along the way, which made the whole experience even better. We really appreciated how smooth and fast everything went, and how confident we felt during the project. we will gladly recommend them to friends and neighbors because they did an excellent roofing job and made the entire process stress free.

We had our roof replaced with a metal DECRA shake system, and the whole experience went very smoothly. Our project was a little different from a standard roofing job, but the team handled it with skill and care from start to finish. We are completely satisfied with the results and would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing work. Their pricing was fair and competitive, the job stayed on schedule, and the workmanship was top quality. The crew showed up early each day, stayed productive, and kept working until everything was completed the right way. Douglas was experienced, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process. He explained the roofing details clearly, answered our questions, and helped us feel confident about the materials and installation. Since a roof replacement can be expensive and stressful, we were nervous before starting. They made the process as smooth and simple as possible. The finished roof looks great, feels durable, and gives us real peace of mind, especially with the strong sun and warm weather conditions common in California. This was a very professional roofing experience from beginning to end.

Bayview Roofing Contractors just completed a major home improvement project on the first floor of my home in Solana Beach, with a strong focus on roofing, exterior updates, and related interior work. Every space was improved, including a new kitchen and bathroom, wall removal with a proper support beam installation, upgraded main electrical service, updated interior wiring and plumbing, new flooring, reworked closets, roof repair, and new windows and doors. They also handled smaller detail items carefully, and everything came together exactly how we hoped from the beginning. Mason and the crew were easy to work with, dependable, and professional the whole way through. Mason gave helpful advice on design choices, repair options, and the best way to tie the roof work in with the rest of the renovation, which made the entire project feel smooth and well planned. The finished work looks clean, solid, and high quality, and it was clear they paid attention to both structure and appearance. We are very happy with the results and would gladly use them again for future roofing, exterior, and home repair projects. Highly recommended for roof work, renovations, and general repair needs.

We have relied on this roofing company for many years for all kinds of roof repairs on our large older home, and they have consistently done excellent work. They respond fast, inspect the problem carefully, and share photos so you can clearly see the roofing issue before any work begins. Every repair they have completed has held up well, and we have never had to call them back to fix the same area again. Their pricing may be a little higher than some others, but the quality, skill, and honesty make it worth it. In our experience, you really do get strong value for the price. On one recent visit, we called them about another leak because our older home had a problem that needed attention quickly. Another contractor had claimed we needed a full roof replacement at a very high cost. When Mason came out, he gave the roof a careful inspection and explained that the roof itself was still in very good shape. The real issue was damaged wood around the dormer windows, where rain was getting in through the window and wall area and then showing up inside later. That explanation matched what we had been seeing during heavier rain, especially when the leak showed up well after the rain had started. We really appreciated getting an honest roofing assessment instead of being pushed into a full replacement that was not needed. It is not always easy to find a roofer who is straightforward, experienced, and focused on the right repair, but this team proved they care about doing the job correctly. Their roof knowledge, clear communication, and dependable repair work have made them a company we trust.

We had very little experience with roofing contractors before, so we reached out after hearing good recommendations from local homeowners in Solana Beach. Gregory came out to look over our newly purchased home and was extremely helpful from the start. He explained the condition of the existing roof, reviewed what earlier roofing work likely included, and gave us clear guidance on the best next steps. We needed a furnace vent boot removed after switching from gas to electric, and during the roof inspection Gregory noticed the pipe inside the boot was loose. He went up on the roof, checked everything carefully, and put together a temporary seal during that same visit to help protect the area until the repair crew could complete the full roofing work. He also took detailed photos of the shingles, flashing, roof penetrations, and the areas we had concerns about, which made everything much easier to understand. He spent a lot of time answering our questions, walking us through repair options, and even sharing practical short-term advice we could use until the team returned to finish the job. Gregory was knowledgeable, friendly, and easy to talk to, and we really appreciated how thorough he was with the inspection and explanation. We would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone who needs roof repairs, maintenance, or an estimate in Solana Beach.
