A big box store improperly installed a dishwasher and caused a flood in my mother’s kitchen and living room. It was a mess and stressful, but we had a great experience with DeLegend Construction putting it all back together. The quality of their work was excellent, and everyone we dealt with was calm, kind, professional, and easy to work with.

Their restoration partner - My Mitigation Friend - handled the demolition, dry-out, pack out/pack-in and DeLegend rebuilt everything including entirely new kitchen, flooring, baseboards, and paint. They did a few extras for my mom that were much appreciated too like having the place professionally cleaned before she moved back in. The strong working relationship between the teams at DeLegend Construction and My Mitigation Friend was a huge benefit and helped everything move smoothly.

Ryan and his team did a great job. He pointed me to vendors to pick the cabinets and carpet. The cabinets and carpet fit perfectly.

10/10 — Highly recommend!

Ryan Delegge and Delegend Construction are the real deal — the name fits. I’ve had Ryan handle several small projects at my house and he’s always done great work.

But he truly proved himself when I hired him for a major office remodel. My original contractor dropped the ball completely — endless delays, no progress. I brought Ryan in midway to take over, and he turned the whole project around. He fixed every problem the previous contractor left behind, delivered high-quality work, communicated clearly and consistently, and finished in a fraction of the time it was originally taking.

If you want a contractor who’s honest, skilled, and actually gets the job done — call Ryan. Can’t recommend him enough.

I had a sprinkler hose break in my house and there was a great deal of damage. Ryan was prompt and thorough to come out to do an estimate. Once that was approved , the repairs began. There were some delays of material due to the extreme rainy, windy weather we had in late January, early February; however, the quality of the work was exceptional; I was very pleased with the work that was completed.

If you want a professional remodel or help with a kitchen that’s been turned upside, give Ryan a call. He helped us get back our home after a pipe burst in the night and ruined our entire first floor. If you are in San Diego County give this guy a call for some honest great work.

We had a great experience working with Delegend Construction after a flood in our home. The flood happened during the holidays, and with a dog and a 4-year-old daughter, it was obviously a major inconvenience. Ryan and his team made every effort to stay on schedule and get us back into our home as quickly as possible, which meant so much to our family.

They were easy to communicate with, professional, and truly supportive throughout the entire process. They also worked closely with our insurance to make sure everything that needed to be repaired was properly covered, which made a stressful situation so much easier.

Ryan, the owner, did frequent check-ins to ensure we were happy with how everything was going and that the work met our expectations. We really appreciated the care, transparency, and quality of service from start to finish. Highly recommend Delegend Construction!

It was very easy to work with Ryan, at DelLegend Construction. It was a relatively small job (a leak in my garage) but he and his crew put the garage back together in not only a timely manner but did an outstanding job.
