As much as it pains me to say this, it needs to be said. Do yourself a favor, and do not hire this company. They burned through our $600,000 budget, and 80% of the scope of work was not done. Once the budget was spent, they tried to pass all the work on to us as " Now that you're taking over the project" when the work was to be done within our budget, not in addition to it. They tore up our irrigation system and did not replace it. They tore up our entire property and did not improve it. They left our property looking worse than it looked before they started. None of the work they did was completed. They chose and ordered the windows for our entire house without our consent or approval. Their contract " Time and Materials" is illegal in California, and their billing is a mess. They overbilled us in the tens of thousands of dollars, and had I not caught it, they would have never paid us back. The excessive trips to Home Depot and over-purchasing materials. Their employees buy personal items at Home Depot and bill you. They bought BBQ grill sets, car cleaning nozzles with LED lights, dish soap, counter spray, etc..You pay the entire employer burden plus 20%, I question their billing rate for liability insurance and medical benefits. I could go on and on. Save yourself the anger, stress, and money by not hiring this Company or Curb Appeal ( their other company).
