Like another reviewer here I had a dismal experience with Jayhawk Consultants and Larry Newcomb. He mis-measured a septic tank which caused his plans with the county to be denied during the middle of our project unless we made a $25,000 modification. Overall his plans took a year to come to fruition and cost us over $125,000 for a single family home. Thats highway robbery in my opinion, all while claiming to be an expert. And his customer service skills are non existent unless you appreciate someone who is belligerent and always in a bad mood. Avoid this company at all costs!

Payed for a septic layout and engineering plan 3 months ago and still have not received plans. Owner gives me the run around every time I call him.
