Michael Greenstein Co Inc

Michael Greenstein and his team painted our house 3 months ago and did a fantastic job. The job started at the beginning of the COVID quarantine and Nazario and Alex we very professional throughout their time spent on this project . They took 2/3 days prepping the house by doing stucco repair/retexturing , filling the dry rot/termite damage, and power washing the house. They painted the house, garage doors, front door, and the exterior wood fence and gates. They left the house and yard were spotless. We couldn’t be happier. Jay and I received several quotes and Michael was very reasonable. He was referred by a friend who was very happy with the work and we have since referred Greenstein Painting to someone else who was also extremely pleased with the work.

It was a very bad experience to say the least.
I strongly suggest you use another company.
The bid on the project told us it would take 6 to 8 weeks to paint our complex took over 6 months before they finished. the Painting was fair at best. They painted sections of the complex different shades and then had to repaint it. They came back to us and said they underbid the project and wanted more money. After they had painted just one of the five buildings. I thought they were out of business just found they are still listed with the BBB. with a A+ rating which to me is very wrong. I could list many more problems we had with them but I tell anyone who is thinking of hiring them to think long and hard about it. It was the biggest mistake that our HOA has made in over 10 years that I have been on the board of directors.
