i've had santana garage door repair encinitas out a few times for different garage door jobs over the past year. consistent every single time. they kept things simple. followed up a couple days later to make sure everything was good. they didnt try to upsell me on stuff i didn't need. just reliable work, which is all i want. all in all, no complaints here.

Needed opener installation done last minute and every other place turned me down. Santana Garage Door Repair Encinitas took it on, no problem. They squeezed me in that afternoon and the work was solid. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. Honored the quote even when the job ran long. Happy customer here.
I've tried probably four or five different garage door companies over the years. Some were okay, some were disasters. Started using Santana Garage Door Repair Encinitas about 6 years ago and haven't looked back. What sets them apart is consistency. Every single time, same quality, same professionalism. Wore shoe covers inside, little thing but I noticed. Had the parts on the truck which saved a trip. At this point I don't even bother getting other quotes. I just call them and know it'll be done right. Five stars from me.
Was in Encinitas and ran into an issue I didn't plan for. Santana Garage Door Repair Encinitas sorted it out fast and didn't try to take advantage of an out-of-towner. Walked me through the bill line by line. Easy to reach when I called. All in all, no complaints here.
Scheduling was simple and they arrived exactly when promised. Job done right the first time.
After some disappointing experiences elsewhere, I'm genuinely happy with Santana Garage Door Repair Encinitas. Jesus was fast, knowledgeable, and totally worth the price.
Needed a garage door opener installed because I was sick of lifting the door like I’m at the gym. Called up Santana, and Paityn made everything stupidly easy. Tech got it set up fast, synced the remotes, and even showed me how to use it without making me feel dumb. On time, friendly, no attitude. Would’ve been cool to get a little warranty card or maybe some maintenance tips, but whatever—I’d recommend these folks any day.
Horton provided outstanding customer service and excellent communication at Santana Garage Door Repair Encinitas. He offered straightforward solutions at reasonable prices compared to others. I highly recommend their services.
