8 months after the last update:

What a shitty project. It leaked again! And, in the same spot! What can you say?

6 months after the last update:

I just came back seeing the interesting reply from the company, quoted: "Hello Mingcheng, it looks like you have a minor leak in the same spot as a previous leak from before we started any work. We don't know yet if the roof work was the cause of the leak, but we will definitely send someone out to investigate it!"

A previous leak before they started any work? Note that their project is a new roof.

3 months after the last update (the original post):

3 months after they installed a brand new roof on my house, the ceiling started to leak today in a not so heavy rain ...

Looking at the 5.0 score they got on Google Reviews, I cannot imagine how much they've spent on making the score look good.

The local working team is fine. I just want to complain about the customer service of the company. The local working team broke a network cable on the roof, which is pretty common and I don’t blame them. I called to ask whether the company is able to send people to reconnect it. A representative called me and said I didn’t follow the guideline that the customer should move away important things before the work … Just wanted to make this interesting note.
