Felix and Javier were great. Felix was extremely informative and explained all available options thoroughly. These guys didn't try to upsell me at all and gave me realistic expectations. I'll be a lifelong customer.

I had a great experience with 911 Plumbing. Felix, Javier’s son, and Jamie came out to disconnect my gas stove, which I’m planning to replace soon. They were professional, careful, and made sure everything was done properly.
Before they left, they also checked my water heater in case the pilot light had gone out when they turned off the gas, confirmed it was out and re-lit it for me. I really appreciated them taking the extra time to make sure everything was working safely.
And they even laughed at my bad joke when I said, “Let’s get lit!” 😂

We had a upstairs washing machine leak from a compromised J trap, which took real skills to figure out. They figured it all out and did a great job, which included tape and plastic sheeting that limited mess.
Great experience with 911 Plumbing. They’ve been very responsive and quick about getting repairs taken care of. We appreciate the fast service and getting things fixed without unnecessary delays. Highly recommended!

I called Javiar in the middle of the night with an emergency after my wife’s wedding band fell down the shower drain. He immediately understood the urgency and genuinely empathized with the situation. He came over within an hour.
Javiar has a big heart and truly cares about his work and his clients. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate throughout the entire experience. I’m incredibly grateful for his help and would highly recommend him to anyone in need of a plumber!
Javier and the rest of the 911 Plumbing team are the plumbers I count on for any work around my house. I have tried other more corporate plumbers in North County with hundreds of Yelp reviews. While my experience with other companies was okay, it always felt pressured or if I was not getting the whole story.
I am thankful I found Javier and called him out for an emergency in my bathroom. He is professional, honest, a life-long plumber, and takes pride in his work since it's his own company. He does not beat around the bush, is easy to talk to, and speaks transparently about recommendations without trying to upsell. In many instances, he provided unbiased recommendations for several fixtures in my house which were quoted by other companies to require full replacement.
They have since fixed my bathroom, changed my water heater, replaced washer hookups, helped with a late night water main burst, and fixed my irrigation. I wish I could scream from the rooftops how good and honest these guys are and I strongly recommend you utilize them for your plumbing needs. You will not get the same experience from Big Box Plumber companies in the area.
911 Plumbing & Drain Rescue is a smaller, family owned company that answered the call for our emergency. Javier and his team were professional, timely, and eager to go above and beyond. An example of 'above and beyond' was double checking all over our business, and the apprentice scoured outside and inside for any extra clues to make sure they 100% accomplished the job right the first time.
I can't recommend enough to give them a call and let them help you out with your emergency!
