Aqua Safe Unlimited, Inc.

FIND A DIFFERENT A COMPANY. To be fair, this company did not install my pool fence, however this company is an authorized All-Safe Dealer, which is the company I initially used for my fence. I had my pool fence installed approximately 5 years ago by another All-Safe dealer. The original installer would not return any of my phone calls. I left at least 4 voicemails practically begging for them to return my call. After a few weeks I decided to try another company.

Basically I needed a small section of fencing added to my already existing fence. I spoke with Ronald at Aqua Safe in Escondido, he said he could do the job. I texted him pictures and he said he would give me a call to schedule the installation. He never called me back. I tried texting him multiple times and never got any type of response. In my opinion this is an unacceptable business practice. The All-Safe Pool fence dealers in San Diego County are a complete joke. They come into your home acting as if they care about the safety of your children. They'll tell you, you have priority installation based on the age of your children. It's a total crock. They want to get your money for the initial install and then they will never help you again. These fences are not maintenance free. Things are going to break. The magnetic latch on the gate will break, mine did. We all know kids are harsh on things, they will ram things into the mesh, press on it, grab the top, all of these things damage the fence. When that happens good luck getting anyone from these companies to repair it.

After calling at least a half dozen of these removable pool fence companies with no response from any of them I finally found one company to help me. The guys over at Aquaguard in San Diego are top notch. They called me back that day and he me on the schedule right away. If you care about the safety of your children don't waste your time with any of the All-Safe dealers in San Diego.

I would look for a different company. Installation was good, but follow up is horrible!
An overnight visitor tore through the bottom portion of one section of the fence, essentially making the whole fence worthless as our
15 m.o. Can crawl right through it. I called Aqua safe to come out for a patch job, which they said would cost $130...fine. I scheduled the appointment for Mon 8am. The company no showed me and won’t return my phone calls. A total waste of my valuable time. I’m a business owner and this is totally unacceptable! What I’ve realized is that Aqua safe only cares about the big payday. I mean come on, they know this is a risk to my 15 m.o
Child. When I first called about installing a fence, they asked about our children, and said your child is at high risk and we should install a fence the very next day🧐 but now? Now where are they when my child is at risk?
I’m just the messenger, but I highly suggest looking for a different company.
Good luck
