I purchased a new garage door opener from Home Depot and they scheduled the installation thru Castle Garage Doors. From speaking to the person in the office with scheduling the appointment to the completion of the work, my experience was wonderful. I had the pleasure of having Josh as my consultant and installer. He is a true professional. He called me ahead and gave me the time of his arrival and he was punctual to the minute. His personality is great. Very easy to have an enjoyable conversation with him. His work was clean and perfect.
It was a great experience overall. Definitely recommend this company.

I’m a returning customer and when my garage door spring broke, Castle was there to help. Tiffany made my appointment and was so personable and friendly and Josh arrived on time and was very informative and helpful. Highly recommend these guys!
Josh, the technician was very honest about the issue of my garage door. He did a wonderful job installing the new opener. I highly recommend Josh for anyone needing garage door service.
They're wonderful. Adam came on time and fixed my garage door without fuss. He was both friendly and professional, setting up future maintenance as required. Great people and very fair pricing.
