Certified Water Damage Inc

I highly recommend Certified Water Damage for any remediation needs. Dealing with unexpected water damage is a stressful process, but their team handled the situation with the utmost professionalism and responsiveness from day one. Noe was fantastic to work with—he was highly punctual, arriving exactly when scheduled, and established clear milestones for the project.
The scope of work was executed seamlessly within my established budget, with complete transparency regarding costs and no hidden fees. Furthermore, the team demonstrated a strict adherence to proper industry mitigation standards without cutting corners. If you are looking for a remediation company that pairs exceptional communication and financial reliability with high-quality technical execution, this team is outstanding.

Noe and his team are an impressive group of professionals who tackled our sudden flooding situation with prompt efficiency. Noe was very quick to respond to our call. He and Javier rushed over and soon had matters well in hand, with the help of state-of-the-art technology such as infrared thermal imagery and moisture meters. They determined the location of the leak and the extent of the water damage. Soon thereafter, they returned to mitigate the floor and cabinetry damage in our kitchen. Ana came out periodically to check on things. They even referred us to a great contractor. My husband and I had never dealt with a crisis of this nature before, but Noe was patient with my many questions and my freaked out state of mind! It's a comfort to know that, although strangers are parading through your house for days, you can trust the folks at Certified Water Damage to be trustworthy, reliable, and honest in all of the services that they provide. Highly recommend.

Noe and his team are very friendly, honest and care about their work. I called them with water damage in my kitchen and they were there within a couple hours. Their work is very clean and I would recommend them to anyone needing this type of work. Thanks Noe🤙

Super nice, very communicate, respectful with working with your insurance company, flexible with your schedule.. honestly very seamless team! Will use again for any emergency! They took great care of our items in their storage and put everything back they way they found it.

We hired Noé based on an excellent recommendation from a friend. I’m so glad we did. The amount of care they put into the pack-out/pack-back was like nothing I’ve ever seen before. Their attention to detail is incredible. We were out of town for the whole process and you wouldn’t have known our house had been moved out. Not a scratch or nick to be found on any of our furniture. I am so impressed by their work, I would recommend them in a heartbeat.

Everyone was a pleasure to work with. Very detailed explanation of damage with pictures and full report for insurance company. Noe and his team were top notch.

I am very impressed with the professionalism and work ethics of this company. Noe and his crew came out quickly on a Sunday and continued to come back every day to monitor the drying process of our house flood. They knew their job well and explained everything. They were polite, came on time, and payed careful attention to cleaning and respecting our property. It was nice to trust a company working in our house.
