Khatera,
We sincerely apologize that our service was not satisfactory for you. Our company is now Personal Plumbing Heating and Cooling formerly Excel Services. We aim to provide the most excellent customer service and carry our business with high standards. It is of deep concern that our standards were not met in your customer experience.
