I HAPPEN TO SEE FIVE-STAR TREE CARE STAFF IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD, SO I STOPPED AND ASKED MIKE IF THEY COULD COME DOWN THE STREET AND GIVE ME A QUOTE TO TRIM TREES IN MY FRONT YARD. AN HOUR LATER CARSON SHOWED UP AND QUOTED A RESONABLE QUOTE. I THANKED HIM AND TOLD HIM I WOULD DISCUSS WITH MY WIFE AND GET BACK TO HIM. LATER I CALLED CARSON AND SCHEDULED. HIS TEAM SHOWED UP PROMPTLY AND DID A GREAT JOB, AND ACTUALLY DID A LITTLE EXTRA AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THEY CEANED UP THE AREEA AND LEFT MY FRONT YARD LOOKING SPECTACTLAR. I ASKED FOR SOME BUSINESS CARDS TO PASS AROUND TO MY FRIENDS AND NEIGHBORS. I'LL DEFINENTLY HAVE THEM BACK WHEN A NEED ARISES. DUANE

Five Star did an amazing job. We had 10 trees laced and they all turned out beautiful. They showed up at the exact time they said they would with a sizable crew and took care of business. Some of the work was over planters, they were considerate and carful of the landscaping. After they cleaned up you wouldn't have known they had been here except for the great looking trees. We contacted a few companies for quotes and their price was the best by about 30%. They will be my first call next time I need some tree work.

I very highly recommend Five Star Tree Care. Carson responded to my inquiry for a quote immediately (free quote/evaluation), recommended a course of action with options and then arranged for the team to remove a tree that had begun leaning towards the house. The crew was fantastic, prompt, and efficient. From start to finish, this was a great experience. If you have any tree needs, call 5 Star!

Two trees removed from our home. Quick response to quote request submitted on the website. Reasonably priced compared to other quotes received.

Explained that I was shopping for quotes and Carson was extremely professional. Did not pressure me at all and understood that I would reach out if I wanted to move forward. When I followed up via text we set up an appointment for the following week. Upon arrival the crew worked quickly, cleanly, and professionally. They saw my lemon tree could use some pruning and we agreed on a price on the spot. That job was also done very well. We were very happy with the job performed and how quickly they got it done.

My only constructive feedback would be that my appointment was scheduled for 11am but I wasn't told until the crew came that the people responsible for grinding out the stump wouldn't come until 1pm. Thankfully we were able to work it out and be at home when they showed up. Minor issue but nothing I'll take off a star for. Will definitely consider these guys when it's time to additional trimming/pruning around the house.

They cut the top of my canary palm tree that had died. It was in a very tough and small space and the tree was huge. They did an excellent job of cutting it having it fall in the perfect place. They also did an excellent job of cleaning up l. I would recommend them 100 percent

In February, Carson from Five Star and his team did an incredible job with the heavy pruning of a massive tree that was starting to cover our house. I was nervous about them cutting it back and how it would look but they handled it with absolute professionalism, precision, and safety. The tree is growing in beautifully now, away from the house. Five Star’s expert pruning transformed our overbearing tree into the healthy, manageable tree it is now. They also did a fantastic job cleaning up every single piece of debris before leaving. I highly recommend Five Star!
