Freedom Forever

Have been waiting 3 month to be able to use my system after receiving PTO then being asked to turn off the system because the wrong paperwork was submitted. There has been no movement and they continue to blame sdge and Tesla, but they are responsible for submitting the correct paperwork. So now I have $24k worth of dead equipment on my roof.

I want to acknowledge the work that Freedom Forever did replacing my roof. Freedom Forever's Construction Crew team Spartan 1, headed by Jose, did an excellent job replacing my old dilapidated roof with a new fresh-looking one, with attention to details and high quality workmanship. The crew was very accommodating and easy to work with. I had a newly constructed paver driveway with pavers all around the sides of the house including the backyard patio and pool deck. The crew took necessary measures in protecting the driveway using plywood and tarp materials from any cracks or scratching from the dumpster, as well covering all the sidewalks and patio cover/pool deck areas with tarps from dirt and debris. Furthermore, Freedom Forever's branch manager Hector was very helpful in facilitating my request for a roof certification, etc. I'm very thankful for Hector and the Spartan 1 Crew for their work. Great job!

I normally don’t leave reviews but after my most recent experience with this company I felt that I had to go out of my way to leave my comments. The installing crew did a great job installing the solar system even though my home was not the easiest to work with. The best part of the whole process in getting solar was working with Mr. Marvin llamas. He has been the most attentive and informative person I have worked with in a very long time. We had sat with Sunrun and agreed to go solar with them but they dropped the ball many times and we decided to cancel with them. I am so glad that cancelled with them because it allowed us to work with a great company. Marvin was able to give me a much better design for our family needs with a much better cost as well. I can’t say enough of how happy I am with going to solar after fighting it for many years and that’s all thanks to Marvin. I highly recommend to use him if you want to work with a true professional and have a great experience.

I was fortunate to have had Marvin Llamas guide me through the process of doing solar for my home. I always had people come to my home and try to convince me to get solar. Most that knocked on my door were always pushy and seemed they just wanted to do a sale. Marvin was very informational throughout the process of solar. He did really go above and beyond my expectations that I have referred him to all my friends and family members. He was very honest about the whole process and showed me what my savings would be once everything was installed. The installers were also excellent with putting up the solar and truly felt I made the right choice. I actually already had a power outage on my neighborhood and I was the only one in the street with power which was the cherry on top. Highly recommend Marvin and the team at Freedom.

Scotsman made the process very easy and he is very professional and continues to check up regularly to ensure our new system works great. I am very happy with the results and more importantly I love saving money every month. Thank you.
