Garcia Family Roof Repair

The best roofing crew we’ve worked with. After talking with three other roofing companies, Garcia Family Roof Repair stood out for being the most responsive, offering very competitive pricing, and giving us one of the fastest turnaround times. Jerry and the crew were clear and honest about roofing material options, product sources, and costs, and they really knew their craft. They also took the time to explain what would work best for our home and budget. We have a unique deck-style roof with cedar, no attic, and no ventilation, so this was not a simple roofing job. The team handled the tear-off, added insulation, replaced decking, installed skylights, finished the shingle roof system, and cleaned up thoroughly, all with impressive speed and skill. Everything was done with strong attention to detail, solid workmanship, and a very professional attitude. It’s rare to find a roofing team this dependable, efficient, and easy to work with. We are very happy with the results and would highly recommend them in Escondido.

i had part of the gutter system replaced on my 94 year old home in Escondido, and the whole roofing and gutter service went really well. wayne was efficient, professional, and knew exactly how to handle the work on an older house. The new gutters matched the existing sections nicely, so everything looks clean and blends in well with the roofline. I also had leaf guard installed, which should help cut down on my regular gutter cleaning and keep water flowing better during windy and rainy weather. We have several large mature trees around the property, so leaves and debris build up fast in the gutters and along the edges of the roof. This upgrade should make maintenance much easier and help protect the home from overflow and drainage issues. When wayne finished, he cleaned up all the leaves, dirt, and job materials in the yard and left the area very neat. i was impressed by the quality of the workmanship, the care taken with cleanup, and how smoothly the whole gutter repair process went. i rarely post reviews, but i felt this roofing and gutter team did such a great job that i wanted to recommend them for gutter replacement, gutter repair, and leaf protection work. If you need dependable service, ask for wayne.

i can’t say enough good things about Garcia Family Roof Repair. jerry and charles went above and beyond to make my roof replacement smooth and stress free from start to finish. jerry helped me choose a shingle color that fit my home really well and gave me a fair quote for the reroof. The workmanship warranty was better than other roofing bids i received, and the price was still more affordable. When the crew came out, they handled the tear-off and new roof install quickly and professionally. My whole home was finished in about a day and a half, which was impressive for a full roofing project. The new shingles look great, the roof lines came out clean, and they did a solid cleanup after the job. No nails, scraps, or debris were left behind, which i really appreciated since i have dogs and use the driveway and yard every day. charles stayed involved during the reroof and was there throughout the installation, working with the crew and making sure everything was done right. It meant a lot to see that level of care and hands-on attention. He answered my questions in simple terms, explained each stage of the roofing work, and made sure i felt comfortable with the process. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently in the Escondido heat, and finished faster than i expected without cutting corners. Not long after the roof was completed, the dumpster was removed from the driveway and everything looked neat again. My house looked refreshed right away, and i was able to get back to my normal routine almost immediately. The whole turnaround was less than two days, and several neighbors commented on how sharp the new roof looked and how fast the crew worked. I would gladly recommend them to friends and family for any roof replacement or reroofing work.
