Austin was my technician, he was on time and efficient. Made sure everything was operating as it should. I hope he comes back if I need anything else in the future.

Natalie, we’re glad Jesus and Austin could get your solar system back on track. Your appreciation for their hard work means a lot to Green Convergence. Thank you for sharing your experience with us.
After more than ten frustrating months without a properly functioning solar system, multiple unsuccessful service visits, and countless hours spent trying to get the issue resolved, I am incredibly grateful for the exceptional service provided by Jesus and Austin from Green Convergence. They arrived promptly and, within about 45 minutes, diagnosed the real problem (a fried electrical box) made the necessary repair without unnecessarily replacing any solar panels, and even connected my Enphase box to my Wi-Fi, all while safely navigating my very high and steeply angled roof.
Jesus and Austin were professional, punctual, knowledgeable, efficient, and clearly experienced, accomplishing in one visit what had remained unresolved for nearly a year. I cannot thank them enough for their stellar and exceptional work; because of them, my solar is finally working again, my electricity bills can finally benefit from the system I paid for, and I no longer have to spend hours on the phone trying to get this problem fixed.
Jesus and Austin truly deserve the highest recognition for a job exceptionally well done!
