Harbour Hardwood Floors, Inc.

I recently hired Harbour Hardwoods to handle my remodel. Demo, sealing and leveling the floors is happening this week. So impressed with how pragmatic, organized this process is going. Etienne is hands on and I cannot say enough nice things about his team. Quality of work is excellent.

Harbour floors replaced 100% of our flooring (4000sq ft) and remodeled four bathrooms. The bathrooms were taken down to the studs and replaced with marble and new fixtures. The work was outstanding!! The crew was efficient and clean. We couldn’t be happier. Plus we replaced the outdated limestone with beautiful wood floors throughout the entire home. Etienne the owner was always on site to oversee the work. These guys deserve more than 5 stars!!!

I would highly recommend Harbour Hardwood Floors!! Etienne, the owner was the absolute best to work with. We had HHF re-stain all our hardwood floors in our 6,100 sq/ft home. In addition, Etienne managed our full remodel. We had extensive work such as a complete new master bathroom, breaking down 1 room and combining it with another to create an en-suite with full kitchenette and family room, brick work and stonework through out the home, all lighting was taken out and new lighting installed and so much more. EVERYDAY, there were 8-10 trucks in front of our home. Not a day was missed without some subcontractor working on the home. We finished a full remodel in 3 1/2 months!!!! Thank you Etienne, subcontractors and crew. I would give 10 stars if allowed!

Etienne, Mike, and their team are the absolute best! Our floors look amazing and they stand behind their work 100%. They worked seamlessly with our contractor and were very flexible. The guys that worked on the floor were really nice and loved working for Harbour which is a clear sign of Etienne and Mike's character and leadership. They went above and beyond to ensure we were happy. I would highly recommend them.

We have had Harbour Hardwood install wood floors in two houses. One of my houses was featured in a 6 page article in Modern Luxury Magazine! My contractor insisted on using Harbor Hardwood because he said they are simply the best! Etienne is incredibly knowledgeable not only about the wood floor but also modern installation techniques. He is very responsive and returns all calls and texts within the day. Surprisingly, their pricing is very competitive as well, as I would have paid more just for the trust factor with Etienne. I could not recommend them more highly!

What a great place to do business. Our order was taken care of professionally, quickly and pleasantly. When we had a shortfall of wood near the end of the project because of my miss calculation, they stepped up and supplied be the extra wood I needed at no cost. What a great gesture.

We are very happy with our experience with Harbour Wood Flooring. The whole team was helpful and responsive and they did beautiful work— installing new wood flooring in two rooms to match existing floors (which involved evening out the old subfloor) and then refinishing wood floors throughout house with a completely different finish. The results are beautiful. The project was finished on schedule and we couldn’t be happier with the results!
