Working with James K Pools, i have never heard any negative feedback. He is quick to take care of any questions or concerns and understands the true meaning of customer service. His wife helps with the billing and is constantly communicating to make sure there are no misunderstandings.
James is very friendly, helpful, and trustworthy. He does a great job!
