Our experience was positive throughout. Brittany, our design consultant and sales manager, assessed our windows and provided a detailed set of recommendations, answering all of our questions. There was no pressure to purchase, and she was very gracious when we initially told her we would hold off. Once we did agree to replacing our French doors, she moved quickly to get things going. The two installers were great - clearly experienced and having high standards for a quality finished product. They did not rush. I was glad I had purchased matching paint ahead of time, as I was able to get all the trim painted before they installed it. We love the final result!

Our experience with Lifetime Home Remodeling has been excellent. The entire process, from the initial sales consultation with Brittany to the actual installation of the Marvin Infinity windows, took approximately three months. We appreciated the low-pressure sales approach, design advices and clear explanation of costs and the savings Costco provided. Jose and the installation team did a very professional job. They completed a new construction installation of 6 window assemblies, replacing a total of 12 windows, in about five days. The quality of the Marvin Infinity windows is excellent and blends seamlessly with the windows they replaced. We were happy with the results and have ordered another batch of 20 windows.

We discovered Lifetime Home through Costco for our new Window purchase and installation and are so glad we did. From the very first interaction, every part of this experience exceeded our expectations.

Our decision to go with Lifetime Home came down to four things: product quality, people, warranty protection, and value. Marvin Infinity windows are simply a premium product — we did our research and felt confident we were investing in windows built to last. What sealed the deal was Brittany. She was knowledgeable, genuinely responsive, and refreshingly not pushy — exactly the kind of consultant you want when making a significant home investment. She answered every question thoroughly and made us feel like informed buyers, not just customers.

The layered warranty coverage gave us tremendous peace of mind — backed by Marvin's own warranty *and* Costco's guarantee, we felt protected from every angle. And the 10% Costco Shop Card? That was the cherry on top — already putting us on the path to our next Costco home improvement project.

But honestly, what stood out most were the installers. Friendly, highly skilled, and incredibly clean — and we say that with real perspective.
