Martinez Family Roofing LLC

Craig arrived a little early for the appointment and took plenty of time to inspect my roof and the area over the screened porch where I noticed a small leak. He did a careful check, explained that the issue might be from worn roofing caulk, and sealed the area to help stop the leak. He also said that if it shows up again during a rain shower, I should call so he can track the source while the water is active. He mentioned the leak could possibly be near the solar panels, and I appreciated how clearly he explained the next steps. He did the caulking at no charge, and his honest, professional service gave me confidence. I later moved forward with a full roof replacement, and the whole experience has been excellent. The crew showed real care in their roofing work, shared photos of damaged wood they found, and explained the underlayment materials they were using. The updated roofing system feels like a big upgrade, especially for protecting a home from heat, sun, and seasonal rain. The workmanship, communication, and overall quality have been better than I expected. I feel like I am getting a durable, top-quality roof and would gladly recommend them.

I highly recommend Martinez Family Roofing Llc for roofing work. They recently replaced our shingle roof, installed a new rubber roofing system over our patio room, and added gutter guards to help keep the drainage flowing well. The finished roof looks excellent, the workmanship is clean, and everything has been performing great since the job was completed. What stood out most was how responsive the crew was during the project. When a couple of small roofing detail items came up, they handled them quickly and made sure everything was corrected to our full satisfaction. To me, real professionalism is not about pretending every job has zero minor touch-ups. It is about standing behind the roof install, taking care of flashing, cleanup, and small concerns the right way, and making sure the customer feels confident when the work is done. The team was easy to communicate with, showed strong attention to detail, and clearly cared about the quality of the finished roof system. I would gladly use them again for future roofing, gutters, and exterior home projects.

From start to finish, the roofing service was excellent. Tristan was the first person I worked with, and I was really impressed by how thorough and helpful he was. He showed clear photos of the roof damage and helped get the insurance inspector out quickly to review everything. I had already spoken with two other roofing contractors, but it was obvious right away that this roofing team was the right choice. Craig led the roof replacement crew, and they finished the job by the end of the day. The work was organized, efficient, and the new roof looks beautiful. After that, Ruben helped coordinate the exterior repairs, including fascia, soffit, and a section of siding, which made the whole project feel complete and well managed. I also asked the crew to sweep the area again with a magnet for stray roofing nails, and they responded right away and handled it professionally. I really appreciated how polite, responsive, and helpful everyone was throughout the process. In Escondido, it is important to have a roofing company that understands sun exposure, seasonal storms, and protecting the home for the long term, and this team clearly does. I would gladly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof replacement or exterior repair work.
