Whoever was driving this business truck today flipped my off with both fingers because of a semi cutting me off (infront of him )and me having to break. Wouldn’t do business with a company who treats pregnant moms driving their kids home from school this way!

Update: I appreciate the company responding, but unfortunately the explanation provided by the driver does not match what occurred. The semi-truck was in front of both me and the company vehicle—it was not behind him allowing him to merge. The semi moved in front of me, causing me to brake, and the MHS/Lomack vehicle was behind me. I then observed the driver raise both hands and extend what appeared to me to be his middle fingers.

For clarification, the photo attached to my review was taken afterward, after I changed lanes to get away from the company vehicle. It does not show where each vehicle was positioned at the time the interaction occurred.

I understand the company has to speak with its employee and hear his account, but I was there and am confident about the positioning of the vehicles and what I witnessed. I’m disappointed that the response seems to explain away the incident rather than simply address my concern.

Hi Paulina, we’re sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate you bringing this to our attention. We take concerns regarding the conduct of our employees and company vehicles very seriously. After receiving your review, we immediately spoke with the employee who was driving the vehicle. He explained that a semi-truck had just allowed him to merge and that he gave the semi driver a “two thumbs up” as a gesture of thanks. He was very concerned to hear that this gesture may have been perceived differently and stated that he did not make an obscene gesture toward you. We certainly understand how the situation could have been upsetting based on what you saw, especially while driving with your children. Treating others disrespectfully is not something we condone or want associated with MHS Lomack. We appreciate the opportunity to look into the situation and letting us know.

MHS is great! I had a way higher quote for replacement of my furnace from the guys who talk about their gloves in their ads when it was determined that my furnace couldn’t be repaired. A friend referred me to Steve at MHS who gave me a quote quickly, and they had a guy out within a couple of days doing the install. Kaitlyn in the office was an excellent communicator. The installation tech was friendly and was very tidy with his work. He even completed the job quicker than he had initially anticipated. I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend them without hesitation!

Thank you so much for your kind words, Elliott! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience. We're so glad your friend recommended us and that we had the opportunity to help with your furnace replacement. I'll be sure to pass your compliments along to Steve, Kaitlyn, and our installer. They all work hard to make the process as smooth as possible, so it's great to hear that everything went well from start to finish. Thank you again for trusting MHS with your home and for recommending us to others. We truly appreciate your support and look forward to being here whenever you need us in the future.

Solid company, and honest tech. I was surprised when the tech told me the equipment in our attic was in good shape and needed no repairs, since it was around 10 years since its last inspection. He did routine service on the AC unit outside. These days it's a joy to find honest work like this and at a fair price.

These guys are awesome. HMS/LOMACK hit it out of the park with their quality of work, professionalism, and great personalities. Kaitlyn, the office manager, is a total sweetheart and the technicians that worked on our job— JC and Vincent— are ace players. What a difference a good crew makes!

MHS came out to our new home in Murrieta, Ca at the colony community. They installed a whole house fan and did a maintenance on the current A/C unit. I could not be happier with the work that was done. The owner Steve was very professional to work with, and the service installers Robby and Cooper were very polite, clean and efficient. I will be calling them with any future A/C or heating needs. I highly recommend their services.

Diode5/5

I had a new furnace and heat pump installed. The installers did a great job. They covered the carpets with runners, and we're very concous of what they were doing. The price was good based on comparisons. If I need anymore heating or AC help, I will call them first.

Maxine5/5

Very professional and they were amazing to work with. No surprises in fees. We will definitely use them for all our heating needs.
