We contacted Mr. Rooter at 12:30 to fix our leaking hose bib. Jose arrived at 2:30, made his recommendation and gave a a quote including a 10% senior discount. He completed the job in 1 hour. He was extremely friendly and professional. Give that man a raise.

Plumbers showed up on time, were friendly, knowledgeable, worked fast and cleared a major clog in our sinks drain line. All for a fair price! Will definitely use them next time

Service was super. Omar was on site, focused, efficient, and communication superb! This is Mr. Rooter is the second repair for me. From the moment I called until Omar departed, customer service was exceptional! Work & ABS install was professional. Omar discussed each section of the repair directly with Mr prior to starting. Providing pictures before and after. ChatGPT evaluated pics & stated it was installed with proper products and connectors. And that price was very reasonable for work performed.
