MRH Pro Construction & Painting

During construction, the crew made great suggestions to improve my design and reduce the project cost. Highly recommended!

We had MRH paint our mom’s house, improve a patio covering, repair/replace termite damaged wood, and replace the gutters. Marcos and his team were great to work with. Marcos is easy to talk to, very responsive via text, very patient as he answered all of our questions and concerns we had, and just had overall great communication. His team was professional as well.

The best thing i liked about Marcos is his positive attitude and his attention to detail as he is a perfectionist and will have any small discrepancy fixed. As a perfectionist myself, I knew we were in good hands to get this project done correctly and with quality.

We plan to use Marcos again for future projects!

Wow! Truly great experience working with Marcos and his teams. Great communication, quality work, professional crew, and quick paced. These are just a few ways these guys stand out. I really appreciated Marcos guidance and expertise in helping to onboard and execute the project. His teams were on time everyday and cleaned up every day before leaving. Ours was a big project. We had a full siding replacement done on the house, along with painting and Gutters and retaining wall work. The finished job looks top notch. You can tell that care and precision was taken. Everything looks so sharp! I would recommend Marcos and MRH construction for your job, 100%
Very grateful and happy client,
Jamie

Marcos and his crew did an excellent job on our first home and we are extremely content. We originally had some hesitation because of a previous contractor who did not carry out our needs as asked but Marcos was very patient and helpful to give us the best price with quality work.

Will be recommending to other friends!

The LA fires awakened us to the fact that we lived next to a wildfire zone. Marcos and his team at MRH Pro Construction came in, and, within two months, made our house as wildfire proof as a home can be. They removed any wood on the exterior, and replaced it with either stucco or cement board (Hardie Board). They enclosed our eaves with cement board, protected our porch ceiling, and painted the entire house.

Marcos and his team are superior in many ways, but I’ll focus on just three: 1.) They are artists when it comes to Hardie Board. We’ve spoken with many contractors, and MRH Pro is the most knowledgeable by far. 2.) The team at MRH Pro are all W2 employees, not contractors or subs. This creates an incredible advantage for the homeowner. The team has worked together for years, so there are no surprises. 3.) Marcos Rivera, the head guy at MRH Pro has an artist’s eye, and a true commitment to excellence. At each stage of the project, he would bring ideas that resulted in a far more attractive finished home.

A final note, earlier this week, six months after the project’s completion, our termite inspector came for our annual review He was blown away by the improvements the MRH Pros had completed. He said he’d never seen a house fireproofed as well and as attractively as ours. This inspector has visited our house every year for the last ten years, as well as visiting dozens of homes every week. He knows a pro job when he sees one.
