We had a blank slate for our backyard and needed everything from a retaining wall, turf, pavers, custom built raised planter beds with doors, 2nd story deck, outdoor kitchen, and lighting. Iain did an AMAZING job.

What was most impressive (besides his work) is his communication! There was no difference in communication from the time he stepped foot in my home to quote us to the last day he was done. I was also informed of what was happening and when.

When we need anything else, Iain will be my first call!

I needed to rebuild a deck that overhangs a pool, stairs, a lower deck, and a separate floating deck. Hiring Iain was the best decision I could've made. Throughout the entire process, he was professional, responsive, and always on time. And as good as all those things are, the workmanship on the decks was even better. There were a lot of odd cuts and corners (especially because the upper deck was on a sloped hill) but he made it all work. Not to mention he accomplished all this with a remarkably quick turnaround time, from start to finish. Also, because of his ability to adapt and solve problems on the fly, it made the entire process stress-free. I truly appreciated that.

I've already received many compliments from friends and family and am now actually looking forward to the next big home project. Because hiring Iain again isn't a matter of if, just a matter of when.
