5 stars: Santino was fantastic!
I hired Santino to replace a couple of toilets in my home and to fix a few doors that just wouldn't close properly, and I couldn't be happier with how everything turned out.
From the first conversation, he was friendly and easy to talk to. He took the time to look at everything, explained what needed to be done, and gave me a straightforward quote with no surprises. No upselling, no pressure, just honest answers.
The toilet replacements went smoothly. He worked quickly but never seemed rushed, and everything was installed securely, with no leaks and no wobble. He cleaned up when he was done, too. You'd never know anyone had been working in the bathroom.
The doors were the part I'd been putting off for ages. A few of them stuck or wouldn't latch, and it was driving me crazy. Santino figured out the problems fast and had them all closing smoothly and quietly. While he was here, I also mentioned a window that wouldn't close, and he fixed it on the spot. I hadn't even hired him for that, and he just took care of it like it was nothing.
What really stood out was how personable he is. At one point we ended up in a hilarious conversation about giraffes (don't ask how we got there), and I was laughing the whole time. He's the kind of person you don't mind having in your home. Courteous, respectful, and genuinely fun to chat with while he works.
His rates were also very fair. I got excellent quality work for a price that felt more than reasonable, which is hard to find these days.
I'd absolutely hire Santino again, and I recommend him to anyone who needs a reliable contractor. Thank you, Santino!
