We have had our solar for 2 yrs and we love our low electricity bill! We had one issue with our inverter and solar negotiators replaced it for free which is definitely part of our contract! We just got our backup battery installed and are having great success with the battery too! If we have any questions or problems they are always resolved!

Solar Negotiators is always great when it comes to cleaning our solar panels. They email and text a few days before appointment to confirm the date. The day of the cleaning they call usually about 15-30 minutes before they are on their way! Send before and after pictures of the cleaning. Very professional!
