Scheduling a date for the installation was painless. 21 SEP arrived and the crew showed up on time and ready to start and complete the assignment. Victor was the crew leader and he was very professional and got his crew on task immediately Three days later, the project is done. It looks very nice with clean lines. Re: Rubberstone. From the sales guy to the Install guy, to the final product I am very happy. It took me awhile to come around to spending a big chunk of money but after very intensive research including visiting an install property I was confident in my decision. It’s been two weeks and the ground is still a little tacky so the time frame they give you to set back up it’s too soon. So plan accordingly. Don’t have a party until at least 3weeks after the last pour. Also the smell for a few days is a lot. The coping around my pool is really nice! I had flagstone so the edges were rough now it’s all smooth. We love it.

The entire crew was on time, professional, explained the process thoroughly, and worked very well together. 1 gentlemen was the “mixologist”, that’s all he did all day. The other 2 crew members worked tirelessly and meticulously throughout the job. Highly recommend them, very satisfied.
