Zoom Drain cleared two exterior drain lines that were severely blocked by roots and silt in multiple places. They worked incrementally by hour with regular progress updates and provided me with clear no pressure stop or continue decision points.
Drain lines were successfully cleared after multiple hours of diligent work with jetting and mechanical tool work.
One minor issue was that while Zoom cleaned street gutters decently in front of our home before leaving we found substantial mud and related materials in the street gutters a bit further down the street that required a couple of hours of our time to clean to avoid blocking street gutters or generating neighbor complaints. Honestly, I don’t know what alternatives Zoom had given the volume of material cleared from drains, but worth considering options.

5/5 Stars – Exceptional Service and Total Peace of Mind!
We had a fantastic experience with Zoom Drain and cannot recommend them enough. From the start, scheduling was seamless and the team was thoroughly professional.
A huge shoutout to Stanley, who went above and beyond to help us prepare for the upcoming wet winter. He conducted a meticulous sewer camera inspection that revealed years of accumulated issues—including tree roots, children's toys, and balls that had jammed the lines. Using a powerful combo of snaking and hydrojetting, Stanley completely cleared every single drain.
For the first time in a long time, our yard and house drains are flowing freely with zero flooding. Stanley’s expertise, clear communication, and attention to detail saved us from what would have been a winter nightmare. If you need serious drain cleaning done right, call Zoom Drain and ask for Stanley!

Zoom Drain SD North County fixed out drains. Our kitchen sink was severely clogged and Zoom Drain’s technician Stanley Teng did a thorough job in making sure it was free of any clogs. We received prompt and excellent service as they cleaned out a clogged bathroom sink as well.
