Ana5/5Oct 2, 2026

I just had a fairly good sized roof repair done by Balam Roofing. They (Anwar and Julian) responded promptly to my request for a full roof inspection and estimate. Anwar is very knowledgeable and explained everything to me simply and clearly the condition of my roof and all the issues involved. Ultimately, I settled on a roof repair for now. They are prompt, reliable, professional, clean and provided excellent workmanship with quality materials on the repair. I highly recommend Balam Roofing for any of your roofing needs. I will be using them to replace the rest of my roof when I am ready. 10/10 recommend.

Great local company, arrived when they said they would be here both for estimate and for the day of job. Very polite and professional they quickly found why I had water spots on a bedroom ceiling, I appreciated no hard upsell, I know I’m gonna need a new roof in a bit but they gave me the facts and showed me pics. They were very neat no mess at all and the final cost was exactly the quoted price. I would definitely recommend Balam Roofing for all your roofing needs

Showed up on time as stated they would. All workers were extremely pleasant and easy to communicate with. They even tuned up a couple of issues that were not contracted for. Will use again.

Balam was very professional and did quality work. I had four contractors give me quotes and Balam was the only one to inspect the attic. They went above and beyond. Definitely would recommend.

Our roof was 54 years old. We had five contractors evaluate it. Anwar was the most thorough and his price range was very reasonable. He quickly gained our trust in the beginning of the process and we became very comfortable with his recommendations. Definitely needed some wood replaced and repaired.
His crew worked efficiently and were meticulous about cleanup at the end of each day.
I walked on the roof at the completion and couldn't have been more pleased. Every shingle laid down with precision.
Nice to have peace of mind about such an important part of your home.
I heartily recommend Balam Roofers to anyone who needs repairs or a replacement, excellent workmanship!

We hired Balam to reroof our Mobile Home after having put a roof on only 2 years prior due to the fact it was done so poorly we had multiple leaks around the house. They provided more than one option and the pricing was competitive with other estimates we had. The team showed up when they were scheduled with a good number of employees and the job was completed in a timely manner and on schedule. The roof has weathered 2 significant storms since completion and we are completely satisfied with the outcome of our project.

Reply from the business · Jun 10, 2026

Thank you for choosing Balam and for taking the time to share your experience. We're glad our team could offer multiple options, competitive pricing, and complete the reroof on schedule. It's wonderful to hear the roof has held up through two significant storms and resolved the leak issues. We appreciate your trust and recommendation—please contact us anytime if you need further assistance.
